Are Women Safer In Mormonville (Utah)?

On a message board this week on USATODAY, a conversation came up that women are alot safer in Utah, than in any other state.

This surprised me some, so I went to the experts, the FBI, and their crime statistics are available on the internet for anyone to read.

FBI Website: Crimes In The United States, by State

The FBI were very good at presenting the numbers and percentages, but I had to "rack and stack" the numbers to get the states in order, from the most dangerous state for women to experience violent rape.

So the Table from most dangerous (Number 1) to safest (Number 51 - DC included in totals as a "state")

This chart shows that Utah is the fourteenth most dangerous state for women, when it comes to changes of being forcibly raped.
